· Ordinary Members are strongly encouraged to appoint the Chairman or any Executive Committee Members as your proxy to vote on the resolutions according to your intentions

· Ordinary Members please complete and submit the ONLINE PROXY Form on or before 02 Apr 2026 (Thu)
專業會員請於4月2日(星期四)或之前填妥及遞交網上「投票代理人委託書」
During the HAFFA Executive Committee meeting held earlier, it was resolved that as this year (2026) is a NON-ELECTION Year, the AGM 2026 proceedings will be conducted solely by the Executive Committee Members to fulfill statutory requirements. In lieu of attending the AGM, ALL ORDINARY MEMBERS are strongly encouraged to exercise your voting rights by submitting an Online Proxy Form [Expired on 22 April 2026] no later than 02 April 2026 (Thursday). This form is to appoint either the Chairman or any Executive Committee Member as your proxy to vote on the resolutions. Details of the resolutions are provided in the proxy form. Subsequently, the HAFFA Executive Committee will represent you at the AGM on 23 April 2026 (Thursday) to formally vote based on your intentions.Please find below the points-to-note for Members’ kind attention and necessary action: 1. Documents Please complete and submit the duly signed Online Reply Form BEFORE 02 April 2026 (Thursday). Please do not sign more than one Reply Form. Multiple proxies risk being invalidated. 2. Non-Election Year Please note according to the HAFFA Article no. 69, the 2026 AGM is not an election year, that said, no election of HAFFA Committee Members will be held in the 2026 AGM. Election of Committee Members will be held in the 2027 AGM (as all Committee Members shall be elected at every other AGM).
3. Two FREE Seats for the HAFFA Anniversary & Spring Dinner Party 2027
Kindly be reminded that Ordinary Members who do NOT submit the duly signed Proxy Form by the above deadline will NOT be eligible to obtain the two FREE seats for the HAFFA Anniversary & Spring Dinner Party 2027. This does not apply to Associate Members.
