OUR ACTIVITIES
In addition to leading the way on issues facing freight forwarders/ LSPs in Hong Kong, HAFFA also undertakes to organize a variety of activities throughout the year including: - TRAINING COURSES, SEMINARS & CONFERENCES
HAFFA takes an active role in organizing Training Courses and participating in Seminars and Conferences which are particularly relevant to its members and the industry as a whole. Courses include:

HAFFA holds annual sports tournaments for members. Events include bowling and table tennis.
- ANNUAL GALA DINNER (MARCH) & ANNUAL LUNCHEON (SEPTEMBER)
For the dinner event, all Association members, government officials, representatives of airlines and shipping lines, freight-related liaison groups and terminal operators are invited. The dinner has an average attendance of 600 - 700 guests. As for the luncheon, members in the senior management level are invited. Both occasions have provided a forum for industry members to meet socially.
- ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING (APRIL)
HAFFA holds annual general meeting for ordinary members to cast their votes and elect new executive committee members (holding office of 2-year term) representing the industry on many initiatives that have begun to ensure Hong Kong’s role as a regional cargo & logistics hub.
- MEMBERS COMMUNICATIONS
All HAFFA members are kept fully informed of the latest developments in the industry by internal circulars. Members are also able to access up-to-date information such as the member name list, membership requirements, form of trading conditions (Dec 2008 template) and form of Logistics Services Agreement (Mar 2013 template) on the HAFFA Website at https://www.haffa.com.hk.
