Under the current practice of DG shipment rejection, Cargo Terminal Operators (CTOs) would provide forwarders with official DG checklist indicating the areas that are not compliant with the DG requirement for every rejected shipment.  Members may download the IATA standard DG checklist that is using by most of the airlines.  Some airlines may have their specific one but it will look more or less the same.
