Launch of the Electronic Booking Confirmation Note (eBCN) service in the Port of Hong Kong from 01 September 2022 (Thursday) 2022 年9 月1日(星期四)起推出電子訂艙單(eBCN)服務 Export booking data shall be fully transmitted through electronic means and export documentation will go paperless at terminals’ gatehouses in full scale with effect from 31 March 2023 (Friday). HKCTOA members will then accept only presentation of eBCN QR code for the release of empty containers and return of laden containers at the gatehouse.
