HAFFA Pavilion at ALMAC in 2023! Your participation contributed immensely to the success
of the event. We are very grateful for Members’ involvement, and happy to hear that Members found the HAFFA pavilion exhibition at ALMAC 2023 to be both fruitful and
productive. Following its success, the Hong Kong Trade Development Council
(HKTDC) has extended an invitation for HAFFA to collaborate once again for ALMAC 2024 which will be held on
18-19 November 2024 (Monday - Tuesday).
Members are cordially invited to participate in the ALMAC 2024 as an
exhibitor under HAFFA Pavilion to showcase your excellent
services. Please find below the information and privileges for your kind
consideration. For more details (and other advertisement opportunities), please
refer to the brochure [中文] [English]. | Participation Fee: | HK$22,000 / booth (original fee) (An exclusive offer of 10% discount off on the booth rental for HAFFA Members if 20 or more member companies will join the HAFFA Pavilion - i.e. if 20 participating members or more, HK$19,800 for each booth after the discount.) | | Booth Layouts and Facilities: | 3m x 2m (6 sq.m)  
| | Entitlement of an Exhibitor: | - | ~20 FREE passes (original price: HK$1,950/head) | | - | FREE passes for all shippers (exhibitor to nominate the list of shippers to HKTDC by a deadline set by HKTDC– tba) | | - | Business matching - Customised business referrals suggested by organisers | | - | Additional free passes for non-shipper participants (exhibitor to nominate the list of participant for HKTDC’s review – subject to approval [high chance]) If not approve as a result, pay HK$975 (50% off) | | - | Guided tour for overseas and Mainland participants to visit exhibition area | | - | Exhibitor is allowed to engage their own supplier or sub-contractor to decorate the booth and rent additional facilities/furniture | | - | Exhibitor to provide artwork to HKTDC for the production of company identity (display panel)

If 20 participating Members or more and eligible for this Fund, pay $9,900 / booth. | As HAFFA needs to have at least 20 participating Members to enjoy the 10% discount rate, to facilitate further arrangement, we would highly appreciate if interested Members could send an email to enquiry@haffa.com.hk on or before noon, 26 September 2024 (Thursday) to indicate your initial interest in taking up a booth. Below is the timeline for interested Members’ necessary actions: | Deadline | Actions | | Noon, 26 September 2024 (Thu) | Expressing your initial interest in taking up a booth by sending an email to enquiry@haffa.com.hk. HKTDC advised that exhibitors are most welcome to take up 2 booths, on a first-come-first-served basis (we already had members taking up 2 booths). | | 27 September 2024 (Fri) | The secretariat to inform Members who have expressed interest whether 20 participating members can be met, this will assist you in preparing the right amount of cheque. | | 04 October 2024 (Friday) | Individual participating Members to submit the application form with cheque payment to HKTDC directly | This event presents a fantastic opportunity for you to engage with
