Maritime and Aviation Internship Scheme (Aviation) 2025
海運和航空業實習計劃（航空）2025

Introduction 簡介

To offer young generation an opportunity to have an early exposure to the wide spectrum of career opportunities in the aviation and maritime sectors so as to encourage them to join the sector after graduation, the Government would like to invite companies in the aviation and maritime sectors to participate in the Internship Scheme to offer intern places.

政府邀請海運及航空業界的公司參與成立實習計劃，提供實習職位，讓年輕一代及早了解行業所提供的多元化就業機會，鼓勵他們在畢業後投身業界。

Eligibility 合資格人士

This initiative is open to Hong Kong residents who are lawfully employable in Hong Kong, and currently* 計劃會開放予香港合法受僱之香港居民，及* –

full-time local students (including students who are in the final year of their study) undertaking undergraduate or sub-degree programmes in any local institutions; or
於本地院校修讀任何學士學位或副學位課程的本地全日制學生（包括準畢業生）；或
full-time students (including students who are in the final year of their study) undertaking undergraduate or sub-degree programmes in any institutions outside Hong Kong; or
於香港以外院校修讀任何學士學位或副學位課程的全日制學生（包括準畢業生）；或
secondary six school leavers 中六離校生

*Excluding current students who are undertaking postgraduate programmes.

*不包括現正修讀研究院課程的學生。

Partnership arrangement 伙伴安排

Government’s support 政府的支持

To reimburse the participating companies of the monthly honorarium paid to interns up to 75% or HK$7,500 (with effect from 1 April 2025) (whichever is lower) for an internship period up to three months. Applications from companies for participating in the Internship Scheme are accepted throughout the year.
向提供實習職位的公司津貼實習生每月酬金的75%或7,500港元（由2025年4月1日起生效）（兩者以較低者為準），上限三個月，並全年接受申請。

Company’s role 公司的角色

To register and offer internship places under the MATF throughout the year for a minimum of four weeks (i.e. 28 days);
向基金登記後，於該年內為學生提供實習職位空缺，為期最少四星期（即28天）；
To pay the monthly honorarium to student interns during the internship period, and then claim reimbursement from the MATF regarding the sum sponsored by the Government, together with an evaluation of the scheme, after completion of internship;
在實習期內向實習生支付每月酬金，至實習期結束後向基金提交發還政府資助金的申請及對實習計劃的評估；
To give a fruitful and rewarding experience to the interns; and
為實習生提供有意義和有裨益的實習經驗；以及
To support and allow the interns to participate in activities organised by the MATF during the internship period
支持並允許實習生在實習期間參與由基金舉辦的活動。

For companies 公司須知

Information on internship positions under the Internship Scheme (Aviation) will be published on the website of the MATF and distributed to post-secondary education institutions also. Each intern will only be sponsored once by the MATF for working in the same participating company.
實習計畫（航空）下之實習職位資料將會在「基金」的網站上公佈，並分發予專上教育機構。每位實習生在同一參與公司實習時，只能獲海運及空運人才培訓基金贊助一次。

For students 學生須知

Please refer to the information on internship places provided under the Internship Scheme (Aviation) as posted on the websites of the MATF and released to post-secondary education institutions. Participation students are required to submit the applications direct to the recruiting companies.
實習計劃（航空）下的實習職位資料會刊登於「基金」網頁及向各大專院校發放。學生必須向相關公司直接提交申請。

Students will have opportunities to participate in exchanges / visits to be organised by the MATF. Upon completion of the internship, each student has to submit an evaluation form to the MATF via recruiting companies.
實習生可參與由「基金」舉辦的參觀／交流活動，並在實習期滿後經任職公司提交評估報告表。
